The Chalet is open Wednesday - Saturday from 4pm - 1am. We operate primarily on a first-come, first-served basis, with bottle service table reservations available after 10 PM. Guests visiting Breckenridge for bachelorette parties, birthdays, or group celebrations are encouraged to reserve tables or inquire about private event bookings.

The ladies night you don't want to miss.

Cowgirls & Caviar launches April 16 at 4PM — boots, bubbles, and the best women in the mountains, all under one roof.

On-site that night: a western accessories pop-up from Lace & Lariat / Rugged & Roses, live hair tinsel and feather styling by The Chopping Block, a special caviar menu, and a 9PM raffle benefiting the Summit Historical Society.

Groups of four ladies get a complimentary bottle of champagne. Reservations available for groups larger than 10 before 10pm. Bottle service and private bookings available after 10PM.

Cowgirls & Caviar runs every Thursday starting April 16.
